We’d like to tell you a story… about our firm. Synergy Resource Capital is an investment and corporate advisory firm focused on identifying resource and technology opportunities, mainly in Australia and Latin America, and bringing together capital, ideas, and partners to unlock value. Based in Sydney, Synergy has allies locally and throughout the Americas. The firm relies on its cross-cultural acumen, extensive network, and analytical capabilities to work closely with clients, partners, and investors to acquire, invest in and develop assets, as well as with companies seeking funding for expansion and growth, or divestment.
The firm was founded in 2014 by Scott Humphries and me, Paola Rojas. By 2020 it is actively operating in Australia, Peru, Colombia, Brazil, Chile & Argentina, with both privately owned and listed clients. SRC has a network of partners currently investing in mining, energy, real estate, and SaaS, mainly via seed, series A capital raisings, private placements, and IPO/RTO.
We assist firms seeking capital, increased awareness within the investment community as well as investors and corporates seeking acquisition targets, including merger opportunities.
