To get our free weekly newsletter, pick ‘glimpse of the newsletter’ and you’re in! We’ll email you with all future newsletters. Please make sure you complete the 2-step confirmation process to ensure you receive all future emails. If you don’t, your subscription will remain in limbo.

How to subscribe? Paid tier (Membership)

If you pick the paid tier, or membership, during payment, you’ll automatically create a WordPress account associated with the email you used. All memberships are processed by WordPress, and we never get your card details. Please make sure you complete the 2-step confirmation process to ensure you receive all future emails.

How to log in and access your membership? 2 ways

Head to paolarojas.blog, then click login (or go here) and jump to your dashboard. Remember that to use this site, you created a free WordPress account, and you’ll use it as the site is built on this system.

You can also log in via any member-only posts, by clicking on the post (while being logged in) or clicking on ‘already a paid subscriber’ and logging in.

How to manage your membership settings?

Scroll down to the bottom of any email and click on manage subscriptions.

  • From the page that opens, you can do a number of things like:
    • Edit your details, and include your name (if it’s not already there)
    • Unsubscribe from your membership
    • Manage Subscription where you can edit your credit card details.

  • How do I cancel my membership?
    • To cancel your membership, simply go to the “Manage Subscription” section of the newsletter website and follow the steps to cancel. It’s important to keep in mind that if you’ve already paid for a full month or year, there won’t be an option for a partial refund. However, once you cancel, you will still have access to all of the membership perks until your subscription expires. After that, you won’t be charged again.
  • How do I access my account?
    • Log in here to access your account.
  • I am a member, and I can’t see member-only content.
    • Please make sure you are logged in with the email address that you used to pay for your membership, and you confirmed your email subscription (you may need to head to your spam folder to complete the 2-step sign-up).
    • If you see the message ‘Switch accounts, ‘ you have more than one. Make sure you are using the one holding the paid subscription. If you can’t figure this out, send us an email and we’ll assist (see conditions below for estimated time on all inquiries).
  • Can I change the email address my membership is connected to?
    • If you would like to change your email address, please use this form to let us know. Please allow 5-10 business days.
  • Can I switch from a monthly to a yearly membership?
    • To switch, you’ll need to cancel the existing membership, and then use the “Upgrade” page again to re-subscribe.
  • Can I switch from an annual to a monthly membership?
    • To switch, you’ll need to cancel the existing membership, and then use the “Upgrade” page again to re-subscribe.
  • Can I change the credit card used to pay for my membership?
    • To manage your subscription, simply login and navigate to the “Manage Subscription” section. From there, click on the button labeled “Manage Subscription,” which will open a new browser tab and take you to the Billing page. This page allows you to manage all of your billing information, including credit card information.
