What does he mean?
He means, simply put, is take time to verify that the characteristics of the asset or assets that your target company has in their portfolio have enough merit, from a geologial standpoint, to stand up the test.
From the quality of their resources or reserves, to the QAQC processes used to manage all sampling, grade quality, recoveries and metallurgy, etc.
